During the 12-week Summer Internship at Critical Mass, interns and associates created an internal publication project: WIP (Work In Progress) 2025. There were five positions (Producer, Designer, Copy, Proofer, and Editor). I was part of the Design team, serving as Art Director, responsible for communicating with team leads and contributors, as well as setting up meetings between teams and project executives to ensure everyone stayed on track with curation and art/design direction.
